Who we are: Helping Hands of Gold Canyon is a network of community volunteers. We provide support services for the homebound and other members in the community who can benefit from our caregiver programs. What we offer: As our client base continues to expand, demand for the following services is increasing: Transportation: Transportation to doctors, dentists, attorneys or grocery shopping. Shopping: Shopping assistance either with the client, or for the client. In Home: Companion care, light meal preparation, minor “fix-it” work, light laundry and other light housekeeping. Call Check: Daily checks to be sure the client has not fallen victim to an accident or health problem. Grief Recovery: Certified counsel for those suffering from a major loss. Caregiver Support: A group forum to support those who give ongoing care to a loved one. Hospice Support: Hospice certified support by Hospice trained volunteers.
